Explicit Consent Text
I have read the Privacy Notice (KVKK). I give my explicit consent to the requests I type into Phoenix, and the answers produced for them, being processed on devices in the network so that they can be answered, even if those devices are outside Türkiye, and being transferred for that purpose over encrypted connections.
What you should know
- Only the request you type is sent. Phoenix never accesses the files or other information on your computer. The request travels over an encrypted connection to the device that produces the answer and is processed there while the answer is produced; the Phoenix app does not record requests.
- Do not send sensitive information. Do not send requests that contain health, financial or identity information, trade secrets or other people's personal data. Phoenix does not send requests that contain an ID, card or IBAN number.
- Consent is optional. Without it you cannot send jobs to the Phoenix network.
- You can withdraw it at any time. Write to destek@phoenixai.stream; the withdrawal applies from then on.
