Terms of Use
1. The service
Phoenix is an experimental AI network in which participants share their idle graphics cards. It is provided by Phoenix AI Technologies. The service is in closed alpha and is provided "as is"; it is not guaranteed to run without interruption or errors, or to be fit for a particular purpose.
2. Free of charge, fair use
The service is free. You get as much work from the network as you give to it; this balance is kept in "work units". Work units have no monetary value; they cannot be sold, bought or transferred to anyone else.
3. Contribution
The Phoenix app uses your graphics card for network jobs while your computer is idle; this increases power consumption. You can stop contributing at any time. When you return to your computer or open a full-screen app or game, the running job is handed over to another device.
4. Privacy
Only the requests you type into Phoenix are sent, encrypted, to devices in the network to be answered; the files and other information on your computer are never accessed. Do not send requests that contain sensitive or confidential information or other people's personal data; requests that contain an ID, card or IBAN number are not sent. 5. Prohibited
- Requesting or producing unlawful or harmful content, hate speech or content involving child abuse,
- Infringing other people's intellectual property, personality or other rights,
- Trying to disrupt the network, alter results or cheat the work-unit record,
- Trying to access other participants' devices or data,
- Modifying or reverse engineering the app for these purposes.
6. Account and invite code
Your invite code is personal; do not share it. At most 3 devices can be linked to one account. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts used against these terms.
7. Liability
The accuracy of answers produced in the network is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage or data loss arising from use of the service, or for the actions of other participants.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we will announce important changes by email.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
